One Bar of Chocolate, 4 Wedding Favours

From this single bar of chocolate you can create 4 different chocolate wedding favours to serve various purposes.

1. Photo – Do you have favourite photos you’d like to showcase for your wedding day? Is your spouse to be a childhood friend? Can you find any old photos of you two from when you started dating? If you’re showcasing a collage at the wedding why not make it even more memorable by adding it on the favours so that guests are not huddled in the reception hall or wherever they are showcased.

2. Text -You can create a theme by using a particular font for all your wedding stationery – save the date cards, wedding invitations, wedding programme and thank you card. Co-ordinated stationery always gives an event a more organised image.

3. Colour – If you’ve chosen a colour theme for the day then repeating the colours on your wedding favours conveys the message.

4. Place Card – This is definitely not a new idea but one that is still being used regularly. Add your guests’ names and table number. Make it more fun by using it to indicate table numbers or names. Then ask the table members to share a bar of chocolate.

None of these ideas is really novel but with a little creativity and imagination you can do amazing stuff with personalised chocolates. Plus, you can give your wedding favours a double role.

What other ideas have you come across?
